Beginning:
In the year 2000, our successful journey began. The biologist Dr. Michael Riffel took the step into entrepreneurship with the vision of establishing an independent consulting firm for biological inquiries. Thanks to his expertise, creativeness and a strong team he succeeded in building a company with about 200 employees over the past two decades.
Today:
RIFCON is counted among the market leaders in regulatory consulting for agricultural products in Europe. The consistent expansion of business fields beyond the agricultural market towards environmental planning, biodiversity assessment, and environmental genetics aligned with his vision.
Openness, tolerance, teamwork, and curiosity help us to rethink processes and enable communication on an equal footing within the company. The fundamental requirement for good interaction in everyday life and business is the equal treatment of all individuals. We live this!
